Fuel tanker – fuel dispenser

The ND33 fuel tanker – fuel dispenser has been designed for the safe transport of aviation fuel and efficient direct refuelling of aeroplanes and helicopters. The system combines a durable tank construction with a compact distribution module, ensuring reliability and operational performance in demanding conditions. The tank has a capacity of 33 m³ and is made of high-strength steel. Its welded construction consists of a single-compartment cylindrical tank with a conical transition and convex dished ends. Internal conical baffles reinforce the structure and limit fuel movement during transport, improving operational safety. Two top manholes provide access for inspection and filling. Each is equipped with fill covers with breather and flame arrestor valves, and the tank also features a measuring strip and a pneumatic fuel level sensor, enabling precise refuelling monitoring. The distribution unit, mounted between the cab and the tank, has a compact modular construction installed on a common frame. This design enables easy installation and maintenance. All distribution equipment is enclosed in a cabinet, which protects the system from contamination, mechanical damage, and unauthorised access. The ND33 tanker enables efficient refuelling thanks to an integrated distribution system designed for direct refuelling of various types of aeroplanes and helicopters.
