ADR SK 121N

Vacuum-filled tanks are intended for collecting and transporting waste of dangerous goods of ADR classes 3 and 9. The tank is marked with ADR code L4BH.

Cylindrical tank made of corrosion-resistant steel, with a total capacity of 12 m³. The tank is internally reinforced with rings and baffles. The tank is tilted toward the rear at an angle of approximately 4°. The front part of the tank is supported on a saddle support with damping pads, while the rear part rests on trunnions.

Inside the tank, a baffle with openings to allow product flow is installed, covering 70% of the tank’s cross-sectional area. In the front upper part of the tank, there is a pneumatic liquid level sensor, a shut-off valve protecting the compressor from flooding, a pneumatically controlled valve protecting the tank, and a safety valve with a rupture disc and a compound pressure gauge. The entire assembly is protected by an end cap, to which a pneumatically controlled drain valve and a ball valve with 4” KAMLOK couplings are bolted.
