On 20 February, we had the pleasure of participating in a meeting in Wschowa County with the participation of the Lubusz Voivode – Marek Cebula. It was a unique event during which representatives of government administration, local government and local business discussed the development directions of the region.
A region with potential
Wschowa County is a region with strong traditions of entrepreneurship and agriculture, consistently strengthening its investment potential. Its strategic location on the border with the Greater Poland Voivodeship and good cooperation between local government and business are conducive to the implementation of further investments and the creation of new jobs.
Dobrowolski’s voice
On behalf of Dobrowolski Sp. z o.o., the floor was taken by President Tomasz Bajsarowicz, who:
– presented the history of the company’s inclusion in the Rekord Capital Group,
– summarised the very good results achieved in 2025,
– presented the company’s further development plans.
Expansion and employment plans
In connection with the planned expansion and increase in production capacity, we anticipate a systematic increase in employment and demand for qualified workers and specialists.
During the meeting, we also asked the Voivode for possible support for activities conducive to attracting staff in the region.
