DOB70W semi-trailers in service with the Polish Army
As the leader of a consortium, we have completed a key contract for the Armament Agency for the delivery of transport sets for the Polish Army.
Under a multi-year agreement signed in October 2021, we have delivered to the Polish Army our proprietary Dobrowolski DOB70W low-bed semi-trailers – designed specifically for the transport of the heaviest military equipment, including main battle tanks weighing over 60 tonnes.
Our DOB70W semi-trailer combines minimal tare weight with maximum payload capacity. Its parameters have been confirmed by tests at the Military Institute of Armoured and Automotive Technology in Sulejówek, and years of operation in field and combat conditions have proven its reliability.
The semi-trailer is fully compatible with tractor units used by NATO armies, including the US Army.
In the tendering procedure, we offered a 96-month warranty – twice as long as the competition. This is no coincidence. It is an expression of our confidence in the quality and durability of our own designs.
Our transport sets are used for the long-distance transport of tanks and heavy tracked equipment, as well as technical recovery – both in peacetime and during crisis or war. They are an important element of support for Polish armoured, mechanised and artillery units.
