We are delighted to announce that on 13 November 2024, ELBO Sp. z o.o. became the majority shareholder of Dobrowolski.
This is an extremely important day for both our companies and for the entire automotive industry. We are joining forces to create an even stronger, fully Polish entity capable of undertaking the most demanding projects – both for the military and civilian sectors.
Dobrowolski, with over 50 years of experience in the production of low-bed semi-trailers, and ELBO, with more than 30 years of history in designing truck bodies, together create an offering that has previously been missing from the market. From tank transport semi-trailers, through tippers, boxes, tankers, to tarpaulin box bodies – we can now offer customers a full range of solutions.
Thanks to the stable position of the Rekord Group, we can focus even more on deliveries to the Polish Army, which, given the current geopolitical situation, is our priority. Our DOB70W semi-trailers are already transporting the heaviest tanks of the Polish Army, and thanks to the synergy with ELBO, we will be able to undertake even more complex projects.
Dobrowolski and ELBO are now part of the Rekord Group – a holding company based solely on domestic capital and Polish engineering thinking. This is a source of pride and a commitment to further development.
